Break Down The Barriers - Get Moving

Get Set Going

You live in interesting times! Thanks to the pace and strength of technological progress, the ease with which an individual can start and operate a business has changed incredibly. Basically I'm talking about the Internet and every business today is in one way or another tied to the Internet.
For instance doing business today without an online presence is pretty much unheard of.
How will customers find you if you’re not online in some (even minor) form? You can be
pretty sure they won't be looking for you in the phone book much these days. Most of
those books are lying in a corner, on a shelf gathering dust or being used to prop up someone's
PC monitor. And that is usually where phone books stay unopened until they find their
way eventually to the paper recycling bin.

The good news is getting online is no longer the specialist task it was just a few years back.
A large amount of the knowledge you need is available for free (on the Internet of course
- where else!) And actually getting online for real (yes - you on the web!) can be free or pretty
close to it.
For example it takes only a few minutes and a little bit of studying "how to" guides to
create a business page presence on Facebook (for free). The same goes for Google+,
Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc. And thanks to the myriad of DIY website providers these days
you can even have a real (and pretty decent looking) website for free (free is my favourite price!).
And what’s not free is hardly going to break the bank. Even the premium
(elegant, flexible, robust, etc.) DIY website systems are the cost of two or three cups of
espresso coffee per month. Of course you would also need to purchase a domain name
so people can find your site - but guess what a domain name for a whole year is only
going to set you back the cost of three or four cups of espresso coffee (I like using
"cups of espresso coffee" equivalents as it really puts things into context for most folks).

Buying ads to promote your online business presence on BingAds, Google Adwords
or Facebook is as low cost as you want it to be. Gone are the days of needing to commit
to big banner or other placement costs to get your advertising online. With Pay
Per Click and Display advertising now you set a budget (I'm talking a few dollars per day)
and hey presto you are advertising! Even if you don’t understand how to go about
online advertising guess what? - all the majors have pretty decent online information to help
you get started (it is in their interest after all) and as well there are virtually unlimited
amounts of information online for free to help you get going.  Google will even provide
guidance by phone in some instances (yes - for free) if you have a regular spend with the

If you want to lash out, and are in a bit to hurry to move your online presence along, you can
hire freelance people to assist you here and there. Of course they will also just do it all for you
if you prefer. And yes those freelance people are not quite free but pretty close to it.
So today, if you have "the will" then the Internet has "the way". You can start and run a
business with little investment versus days gone by.
And an online business makes so much sense versus alternatives.  For example investing in
expensive franchise style businesses (tens or hundreds of thousands) is scary in comparison
to the capital efficiency of an Internet business. You just need to look and find the right business
for you and get started.
So what is holding you back?
Think about it...

Real Success : Principles Of Performance -AA

Learn To Be Successful With Ali Attar Real Success : Principles Of Performance Much of success is about performance. It’s about what we do and what we are able to inspire others to do. There are some simple performance principles I have learned in my life, and I want to share them with you. They really bring success, and what it takes to be successful, into sharp focus. They are also the basis for developing and maintaining an expectation of success. The Five Principles of Performance: 1. We generally get from ourselves and others what we expect.  It is a huge fact that you will either live up or down to your own expectations. If you expect to lose, you will. If you expect to be average, you will be average. If you expect to feel bad, you probably will. If you expect to feel great, nothing will slow you down. And what is true for you is true for others. Your expectations for others will become what they deliver and achieve. As Gandhi said, “Be the change you wish to...

Motivation concepts - introduction -AA

Learn To Be Successful With Ali Attar Motivation concepts - introduction Are you living the life you really want to live? Do you know exactly what the kind of life you would want to live is? Do you realize that you have the power to create your life? More likely than not, your answer to the first question is “no” and to the second question your answer is “yes”. I would challenge you however and say that it is more probable that you are not living the life you want and that, in actual fact, you have only a vague idea what kind of life you really want. In 97% of cases I would be right because it has been shown time and again that only 3% of any given population will excel in any given circumstances. Part of the reason for this is that only a handful of people actually take the time to plan and create their ideal life. Motivation concepts - the error of our ways It often strikes me as strange how many of us are so organized and diligent when it comes to studying at sch...
